Questions you ask them when they are as young as yours is really doesn’t matter. Their answers are random bullshit because their identity is random bullshit. They will say they like or dislike something mostly randomly. That’s why people say consistent vocality or a consistent personality.

Consistency comes with time. I know it can be frustrating when they don’t have a consistent answer but don’t think of it as lying, just that they are still trying to figure themselves out and just don’t really know the answer yet. Try to think of it as practice to get used to the feeling of communication less than learning about their personality.
